Feel like yourself again.

Consultations by appointment · Walk-ins welcome during clinic hours

Medicine that starts with listening.

Most people arrive with a feeling rather than a diagnosis. Start wherever describes you best.

  • A woman in her 40s pausing on the sofa after work, eyes closed

    Fatigue & Energy

“I’m tired all the time, and my tests keep coming back normal.”

Persistent fatigue with no clear answer is one of the most common reasons people come to us. We look at diet, sleep, digestion and nutritional status together, rather than one at a time.

  • Woman in her 50s by a window, thoughtful, warm morning light

    Menopause & Midlife

“Something changed in midlife and I don’t feel like myself.”

Hot flushes, broken sleep, mood changes, joint aches, difficulty concentrating. These symptoms are common, they are real, and they can be assessed properly rather than endured.

  • Active older couple walking outdoors in the early morning

    Healthy Ageing

“I feel well. I want to stay this way.”

Preventive care focused on the things that actually determine how well you age: cardiovascular and metabolic health, muscle and balance, sleep, and nutrition.

The Clinic

Discover Clinic Dr. Kheng

Clinic Dr. Kheng is a general practice in Damai Plaza, Luyang, led by Dr. Kheng Kien Soo. Alongside everyday family medicine, the clinic offers consultations in nutritional and functional medicine, hormonal health, and healthy ageing.

Modern medicine is highly specialised, which is a genuine strength, but it can leave patients moving between clinicians without anyone looking at the whole picture. The habit here is the opposite: understand how diet, sleep, stress and family history interact before reaching a conclusion.

Our Approach

What makes this practice different.

  • Root-cause thinking

We ask why a problem is happening in you specifically, not only which label fits it. That usually means a longer first consultation.

  • Unhurried consultations

Appointments are booked with enough time to take a full history. You should never feel moved along before your questions are answered.

  • Investigate before treating

Tests are suggested when the result would change the plan, not as a routine package. We will tell you when a test is not worth doing.

  • A plan you understand

You should leave knowing what is being suggested, why, what it involves, and what the alternatives are. In plain language.

What to Expect

Your first visit, step by step.

Knowing how an appointment runs makes it easier to come prepared, and easier to decide whether this is the right practice for you.

  1. 01

    Book a consultation

Call or WhatsApp the clinic. Tell us briefly what the concern is so we can allow enough time for it.

  2. 02

    A full history

The first appointment is largely spent listening, your history, medications, diet, sleep and stress. Bring any recent test results and a list of what you currently take.

  3. 03

    A plan, discussed with you

We go through what we think is happening, what if anything is worth investigating, and the options. You decide what happens next.

StressBrain Health

Is a life without stress really the goal?

We tend to treat stress as something to eliminate. A more useful view is that stress is a normal response, and what matters is how much, how long, and how we meet it.

Gut HealthNutrition

The gut wall: a barrier you rarely think about

The lining of your small intestine decides what enters your body and what stays out. When it works well you never notice it, which is exactly why it is easy to overlook.

Gut HealthHealthy Ageing

Why gut health keeps coming up in unrelated conversations

The community of bacteria living in your gut has been linked to digestion, immunity, weight and mood. Some of that is well established, some is early. Here is a measured look at what it means for everyday health.
